At FPC, scholarships are awarded annually to high school seniors and current college students through our “Pass the Promise” program for children ages 0–18. This year, we’re also expanding that vision by introducing summer camp scholarships for younger FPC members. Join us for worship on May 17 as this year’s scholarships are awarded. Official summer camp applications for 2027 (and eligibility details) for future applicants will be available next spring.

Last month, we asked you to save the date for our church picnic on June 14. At this time, the picnic has been postponed. If we’re able to reschedule for a new time and place, we’ll be sure to let you know!

As summer approaches, regular office hours will vary due to staff vacations, General Assembly, and kids’ activities. Please check the church calendar for potential office closures. If you plan to stop by the office, it’s always best to call ahead or text Paige first. If staff is out of town and you need building access, our elders also have keys and may be able to assist. Thanks for your flexibility during these busy months!

Save the date for Rainforest Falls VBS Kid’s Camp, August 3–6 from 6–8pm! Kids will enjoy an exciting week filled with Bible adventures, music, crafts, games, treats, and more. Volunteer sign-ups begin in June, decorating help will be needed throughout July, and public registration for Pre K–5th grade opens July 1. Please begin praying now about how God might use you to be part of this impactful week! Be sure to also join us for VBS Celebration Sunday on August 9 during worship, with lunch to follow.

As we begin planning for fall ministries, now is the time to start thinking about where God might use you. We’re hoping to launch a variety of groups this fall—including Life Groups, Alpha, Sunday School classes for youth and adults, and more. If you’re interested in leading or helping with a group, please let us know by the beginning of August! Fall kickoff at FPC will take place Sunday, September 13th this year.
